New Rooms for the kids
So we found out last month that we are pregnant, which is very exciting news, but at the time also a little overwhelming. I had honestly never experienced nesting before, since we have always lived in such temporary places. Harrison was born in New Hampshire where we were renting a 600 sq. ft. condo, so needless to say giving him a cute nursery was not a priority. In his short 3 years of life, he has had 3 bedrooms. And Mallory was born while we were renting a house in Myers Park where she shared a bedroom with the washer and dryer and also the guest bed. This also fell very short of a cute nursery. We moved into our house a year ago, and I still hadnt done the kids rooms. Mallory's room was covered with a garden mural, which wasnt exactly my taste. And Harrison's room was carolina blue, which was great, but the walls were covered with holes and desperate for a fresh coat of paint. So once the news of the pregnancy came, my nesting went into full gear as I truly felt we had to have EVERYTHING ready for the arrival of this baby, like yesterday. So here is the finished product! Nothing super spectucular but compared to what they were both coming from, a drastic change :).

Hooray for another Aull! I'm thrilled for you all. You've been on my mind...we should talk soon! The rooms are darling, by the way. s
Congratulations on another baby on the way! Finley's room looks much like Harrison's....same wall color, furniture color and bedding. :)
LOVE Mallory's furniture. Great looking rooms. Can't wait to see them in person.
